I was purposely at this hotel for proximity to the airport. My brother, a leukemia patient and post-bone marrow transplant was due in from Dallas, where there had been terrible storms and delays for a period of 7 hours. During this time, I was able to keep up with changes to the itinerary and rest comfortably in my room. Upon arrival at baggage claim (2:20 am), we found my brother's luggage was water filled and all items and clothing soaked and dripping wet. In the morning we asked for help at the front desk to address our soggy situation and although no guest laundry was available, the staff dried the clothing for us. We extend or thanks to your Albuquerque staff and management for their accommodation of our issues. They went above and beyond the call of duty and they were absolutely personable and generous with heartfelt concern. Ellen Hughes

The room was large and fit my family very comfortably. It did however feel a little warm and I would have like to have more control over the room temperature. The breakfast in the morning was adequate, but nothing special. I've seen better and I've seen worse. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

everything was excellent. the breakfast could have used a little variety but the food was good. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the staff cleaning the rooms were great. will absolutely stay here again or at another hyatt place depending where we travel too.

Staff were excellent, very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel management was happy to reimburse the uneaten dinner after seeing pictures of what I was served, and fixed the error in the parking charge on my bill.
